Description
Game flavor: "Full, luscious lips whisper into a plastic telephone receiver: 'All you need is miracle'. No phone number is given."
You pull this off [PSEUDOPOD](/wiki/characters/pseudopod)'s body. The slogan is the giveaway: the Miracle Line is the phone-sex hotline [Duchess](/wiki/characters/duchess) operates out of the broken payphone in The Backways. The card is advertising her service to her audience — which now includes the man who was apparently impersonating Hershel before he got zeroed out.
The missing phone number is the joke: the Miracle Line answers no matter what you dial on the busted payphone, so the card doesn't need a number. It's wired to its target by definition.
What this tells you:
- PSEUDOPOD knew about Duchess's line, or someone gave him the card hoping he'd call. - The fact that the card has no number means whoever made it either knows about the broken-payphone routing or expects the carrier to know. - It places the [Phone Sex Addict](/wiki/characters/phone-sex-addict) and PSEUDOPOD in the same audience for the same service.
This is a clue object, not a stat object. Hold onto it.
