Luzian
Luzians are citizens of La Luz in Zero Parades — the rising techno-fascist empire behind the Reunión, Sixty-Six Wolves, L-Pop's Ultra Violeta, and the Weeping Eye secret police.
Mircean
Mircea is the defunct country Hershel Wilk was born in. Monotheistic (deity: Polaris). She defected from it to the People's Republic of Kohila in the early '80s after being persecuted as a student radical.
Portofiran
Portofirans are the natives of Portofiro in Zero Parades — the island city-state's residents, former La Luz colonial subjects who now share Luzian language and Nestorista politics.
Rustamian
Rustamians come from Dream of Rustam — a coastal country whose sailors name boats after dead sailors instead of stars, and whose folklore treats the shadow in Karruk's Fold as a giant protector called the Deep Mason.
Tsunese
Tsunese people come from Tsun's Arc, a Periphery country bordering Havagerly. Known for political economics and, on the male side, mail-order groom work. The Havagerly border is currently closed.
